Using history in order to solve the problems of today is true but to a certain extent only. Issues such as the Rwanda Genocide is a clear map to how we should behave towards the Myanmar Genocide or the Palestinian Genocide going on today, nevertheless, we are not using the mistakes of the past in order to solve the problems of today. Additionally, the issues that we are facing today such as drones and nuclear weapons are relatively new in history and therefore we do not have the answers to these issues.
