Juvenile Offenders

QUESTIONS:
Should children be allowed to be tried as an adult from an ethical perspective? Reason’s perspective?
• How far should we discard emotion as unreliable for handling judicial cases?
• How would you have reacted in Maiya's sister’s case?
• Do you think that empathically/socially disabled people, even if it may be unreasonable, should be punished for hurting others?
• Do you believe that juvenile criminals have the potential to change?

I will certainly protect myself no matter what the consequences are. Even though, it is "unethical" to beat children since they are not completely aware of their acts, doing so will give them a lesson, which will probably stop this habit of attacking strangers. I consider that when there is not a mutual respect among generations, there is an issue. It is probably one of the first rules that we are taught from our parent: respect older people. When a child is not following these principles, then he/ she is uneducated. It is maybe an unreasonable plan but it solves many similar problems: one has to adapt himself/ herself to the situation and its people. when dealing with uneducated/ limitless people, reason, empathy and logic would not convey peace and tranquility, respond the same way as you are treated !
